PURPOSE OF THE OPERATION
The purpose of the operation is to strengthen competencies, digitalize marketing and create digital tools for expansion into foreign markets. The optimization of E-business in Transporti Betori d.o.o. is to put into practice an innovative, state-of-the-art, and efficient business model that brings fast, safe, and socially responsible road freight services to the company. With the acquisition of the new software, we have optimized the administrative part of our business and digitized the operations between our customers and us. The website and the product and sales video allow us to be more visible in the EU market and serve as an excellent model for marketing our brand! The competence building has given the company additional knowledge that will benefit us in our future business.
ELECTRONIC EXCHANGE BETWEEN PARTNERS
By acquiring a turnkey E-portal, we have digitized the entire work process, connecting the company's management, drivers, and accounting. The E-portal allows us to create work orders that drivers receive on a mobile app, which we also built on a turnkey basis, and to manage the entire fleet of vehicles via the administration portal. The e-portal also allows us to send invoices and documents directly to the customer. We have also enabled customers to track their vehicles live via a map via an external connection, which is useful for organizing loads/unloads.
WEBSITE FOR FOREIGN MARKETS
With a new website in two foreign languages, we will be able to effectively present ourselves in foreign markets. The website contains all the data and information needed by the customer of our services. Potential customers will be able to contact the company quickly and the website will also be linked to social networks.
PRODPRODUCT - SALES VIDEO
With the product-sales video, we want to present our company and our way of working. The video will be used for advertising and presentations at trade fairs and on social networks and will be integrated into the website.
In line with the digitalization, automation, and upgrading of e-business, managers, and employees need to be properly informed and upskilled in order to be able to carry out their work tasks in the best possible way. The training focused on: information on efficient value creation processes, new models and tools for export with explanations of the law on personal data protection, paperless business, and presentation of a good practice example. The training and information took the form of 5 six-hour sessions, with the first three hours devoted to lectures and the second part to practical training. The last meeting was dedicated to a detailed presentation of good practice and a comparison with our company.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE INVESTMENT
The aim of the activity is to increase the added value of the company by using digital tools and knowledge to competently catch up/ outpace the competition and present themselves to potential customers from all over Europe.
The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Fund for Regional Development Fund with € 28.000.
