The data controller is TRANSPORTI BETORI d.o.o., Martjanci 99 SI-9221 Martjanci, hereinafter referred to as BETORI. BETORI guarantees that it protects the personal data of customers, users of the website and all other data collected during the process of visiting the website or online enquiry from disclosure and transmission to unauthorised third parties.     In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, BETORI also uses methods of pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data collections, ensures the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of data processing systems, and provides access to and availability of personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident.
